Temperatures in Dallas have ranged from 102 - 108 this summer. It has been miserable. I am especially thankful that I was pregnant last summer and not this summer. So, how have we been weathering this hot summer?
We have been swimming at Dolly and Dutch's and Gami and Gampis.
The babies have been naked in the baby pool...
Back on the home front, we stand at the back door and watch the puppies play
and watch our daddy mow the lawn
and of course, get into paper and put it into our mouths
and read our books
and had the horrible stomach bug... (and gave the stomach bug to mama, daddy, Dolly, mommasissy, Gami and Gampi) We are sorry to pass this along, sweet family.
and...play in empty boxes
We have weathered this hot weather mostly by being inside. Our electric bills will prove it.
